Is it allowed to use the free epic content or sample projects and make our own commercial asset in marketplace. as it is labeled as “Licensed for Use Only with Unreal Engine-based Products” so is selling them on marketplace allowed. i am not talking about straight up listing them but adding features to it and then listing them.
